Gareth Moss, founder and Director of The Blueprint, has an extensive career in recruitment. He was all too familiar with the usual hard-sell mentality of the industry, and whilst successful, identified there was a niche in the market for a client-service led, sector specific agency. Thus the Blueprint was born - an agency based on quality over quantity; personal service and integrity; focused on people not numbers; that delivered on its promises.
