The Role:
The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in developing the digital integration across the agency as well as overseeing the development of word class creative.
The Responsibilities:
- Provide smart, random and radical thinking to briefs across the agency
- Take the time, care and responsibility to moderate ideas, assess strategic direction and deliver innovation with a view to create industry leading and mould breaking
- Review concepts and design work from an assigned group of clients and provide effective

- Resolve key strategic issues with a high degree of creativity

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all areas of the Design industry using new developments

The Person:
- Proven experience working as a Creative Director
- Experience working in a creative/agency/consultancy environment
- Has successfully run multiple simultaneous projects
- Demonstrated creative success in leading collaborative multi-functional teams including
- Project planning
- Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience
- Experience developing/leading client relationships
- Considerable experience of European and Global projects
- Proven track record generating new business
- A degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Studies or other design-related field preferred but not compulsory

The Senior Designer Role:
The Senior Designer will be a web and interactive designer, conceptor, artist and illustrator. You’ll transform great ideas into globally inspiring, engaging creative work.
The Responsibilities:
- Work with Creative Directors to conceptualise and execute designs that will improve the client’s business
- Demonstrate and apply key principles of interface design to all screen-based media, including mobile, iTV and emerging formats
- Provide visual QA comments to Client Services and Technology teams to ensure creative quality
- Mentor Associate Designers and Designers helping them to develop their skills and performance
- Foster strong relationships with all departments
- Provide timely and consistent project updates to ensure deadlines are met
The Person:
- Strong digital agency experience (3+ years)
- Exceptional portfolio of web and interactive design
- Excellent understanding of rich media
- Sportswear or financial brand experience is an advantage
